VINTAGE 1950's Chalkware Nativity Pieces- Joseph and Child- Set of 2

My mother and grandmother bought these Italian chalk ware nativity pieces at the local dime store in our neighborhood- I believe a couple may even still have the price tag! They are made of chalk ware, and as such are very delicate and susceptible to wear and damage. The pieces in my shop are what's left of both sets, and at least one of each piece has survived except the Blessed Virgin. Joseph is in good condition; his crook is missing, but momma always made one for him out of an ornament hook. Kneeling his is about 4.25" tall.
