VINTAGE Cameo Pendant Watch

This beautifully detailed cameo pendant is backed with a Swiss-made Hawthorne watch movement. The movement is NONWORKING at the moment- the hands can be moved with the crown pulled out, but I believe the movement has been overwound, so the spring needs to be replaced. (I am NOT a watchmaker so I am totally guessing at this!) The watch hinges away from the cameo, I assume to make it easier to read the time when worn on a chain around the neck. There is a link at the top of frame to allow the use of any necklace. The frame of the oval is about 1" across and about 1.5" tall, and the watch face is about 3/4" diameter. I have no idea of the condition of the watch movement, but the cameo, case, and bezel of the watch appear to be in good condition. I am pricing this with full knowledge of my ignorance, so someone who is versed on vintage watches and jewelry may be getting a great bargain!
