VINTAGE 1920's Diamond Engagement Ring

This beautiful ring features a single .5c diamond in a square white gold setting, flanked by 2 smaller diamonds on either side. The jeweler informed me that this ring was "very old," which in my mind confirms that it was Uncle George's gift to Aunt Nen upon their engagement in the late 19-teens or early 1920's. They married in January of 1921, so I'm sure it's older than that. It seems to be size 6.5, and may have been resized at some point because Momma wore it after Aunt Nen's passing.
