VINTAGE CorningWare 2 qt Casserole A-2-B w/ Small-knob Lid D-2 . Blue Cornflower

This 2 qt Blue Cornflower saucepan is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or significant scratches. It has the small-knob lid, which is labelled D-2, and does not say "Pyrex" on it anywhere. Since I've never seen CorningWare with a "D" series lid, it makes me wonder if it might be a replacement? It's also in really good condition, and does not appear to ever have been through a dishwasher. The has a hologram backstamp, indicating it was made between 1972 and 1979. The dish and lid are in excellent condition, with no chips, scratches or stains. I usually see these in x-1/2 quart sizes, so this 2 quart is a unique find for me!
