In response to the 1950's market for Corning's Pyrex, Anchor Hocking brought their FireKing product to the market. I'm guessing by this time, Corning had patented and produced their Pyroceramic product, leaving Anchor Hocking in a race to catch up. Here, it seems they pretty blatantly knocked off Corning's Blue Cornflower design, with enough changes to avoid lawsuits.
This one quart casserole dish is 8" in diameter and a little over 2" deep. It's in excellent shape with no deterioration of the design and no chips or scratches in the glass surface. Ships free in the continental US.
